Hi,


I am trying to install the 14.0 update but the system does not find the installed 13.0 version. The reason is probably this is installed on the D drive in stead of the C drive. How can I make the program look at the D drive?

Hello Luc,

the problem is that the Wintrack-setup do not find Wintrack in the system control panel (Installed software).

Solution:
reinstall your old version (full) again in the Wintrack-folder on drive D.
Then the update will find the correct folder.
