maybe there is a missunderstanding.
Why do you want to open it in der 3d-editor?

You do not have to "import" a 3D-model before using it!
You can use every model by inserting it from the track selection window!

I have been a new user of Wintrack (v 17.0 3d) and the Editor since December 2024.
I find it difficult if I only see unclear file names via open menu in the Editor and I don't know what they are.
You have to open the file and use F5 to see the 3D version.
Couldn't this be done a little better?
This problem of course also occurs in track planning when you want to add a model.
Is it possible to add a jpeg image of the file in the near fuwhen you releasing a update?

ik ben sinds december 2024 nieuwe gebruiker van Wintrack (v 17.0 3d) en de Editor.
Ik vind het lastig indien ik in de Editor via menu openen alleen onduidelijke bestandsnamen zie en niet weet wat het is.
Je moet het bestand openen en via F5 de 3d versie zien.
Kan dit niet wat beter?
Dit probleem is natuurlijk ook in de baanplanning wanneer je een model wil toevoegen.
Kan er een jpeg-plaatje van het bestand toegevoegd worden?

Misschien is dit al eens eerder besproken, maar ik kan in het Forum dit niet direct terugvinden.
